REFUND POLICY
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have valid reason for getting refund or store giftcard.
In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:

CREDIT POLICY
You are given 60 days to ask for the credit from the date of purchase. Customers are entitled to ask for GIFT CARD in exchange to the Goods
Credits that has been given back to the customer is only allowed to be used on our Website Only.
In order for the product to be eligible for Credit make sure that these following conditions are met:
- Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
Product that are on sale or discounted is not eligible for Credit or Refund.

We offer 100% return to refund that are processed through Credit and are valid within 120 days from the date it was credited to the customer. Unfortunately, Credits can't be used to pay for shipping fees.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Products cannot be exchanged for a different size or colour variation. Unfortunately, product that were marked as a Bundled when purchased is not allowed to be Returned or Exchanged.
